I'm still trying to figure out why 80% of the people can't drive in the apocalypse. That Lori scene still cracks me up to this day.

Well, we already know that women can't drive to begin with, so of course women in the ZA are going to be even worse.

This is a zombie show.

Do you realize how much makeup is required to put a show like this together?

Please forgive me, but I don't get it. This is going over my head.

And one of only 4 characters still around who were in Ep 1 does not qualify as a "long time character"?
Well yeah, and getting mauled by thousands of walkers is not a big production kill? Is saving Maggie and the kid with a single walker better?

Rewatching the ep now.

Another thing that bothers me is when the RV gets stuck, Rick fails to notice the giant wall right in front of him until Paul tells him they are there.

Rick, are you blind?

I said the same thing when watching the episode. Also why drive through the giant mud hole?

I realize this, but it was unnecessary. Completely.

Unless somehow that mud will be relevant in some plot in the future, it was dumb.
It was just some "real world" flavor, I think. In the comics it was pouring rain when they got to the Hilltop as well, and that never played into the story more than just setting.
