Not as good of a pass rush. Seattle's pass rush was actually in the bottom half. Not only does Denver has the best total defense but they also are ranked 1st in Sacks. Cam bring a different challenge to them but I also think they bring a new challenge to Cam as well

To be fair, the last two teams' O-Lines they've faced have been pretty bad… they won't be able to get to Cam as easily with that stout O-Line of his, plus his mobility will help out a lot against a defense like this. I'm not taking anything away from Denver's defense… they are really good on that end, but I think Carolina is built well enough to give them a run for their money.

Denver ranked 1st in sacks this year. Not saying Carolina won't/can't win. I'm just saying I don't see them scoring high 20's/low 30's on this defense. I see it being a game played in the high teens/low 20's

Good point and both teams were missing there #1 and #2 RB's. When there is absolutely no running game, lot easier to game plan against. Ben and Tom are almost like statues while QB's like Cam and Wilson are so hard to defend. You try and pass rush these guys and get burnt on a run or a guy getting open downfield

I liked the 34 to 17 prediction above.

Hope I'm wrong 'cause I'd like to see Peyton go out on top and I like the SportsHoopla Broncs fans but Cam and his team seem destined to kick ass this year. Also agree with sonny's post above.

New England and Pitt had rockstars on their oline compared to Seattle and Arizona.

Its just really hard to trust Peyton at this point so I'm leaning slightly towards Carolina.

More people picking Denver than I expected, but still majority favor Carolina, which isn't surprising.

What is surprising are the scores some of you are predicting. High 30s for the Panthers? High 20s for Denver? Have you guys watched these teams?
