Whatever you say. Because it makes no difference. You will deny it later.

Sure, champ. Here's some food for thought from another poster who actually watched and understood what just about every commentator was saying about the Pack's offense. And, even if Barry did play his soft zone all year long, the point is that it's crazy for him to stick with it in a game like this. Thus, setting aside your horrendous mischaracterization of the general statement I previously made about Barry, the point I was making still holds water.

It doesn't matter. Coming into this game, every single football person in America was saying that GB could not beat press man coverage...every single one of them. So what do we run...soft man and zone. WTF. If we were a dominant defense and that is how we were dominant, fine. We were not good on defense this season though. So we should have ran what GB was weak at beating. This is on the coach...end of story.

Barry was horrible today but you don't fire him. This is where Gruden should have come in. Ultimately he is the decision maker on the game plan. He needs to be more willing to step on his coordinators toes with this regard. Is there one person here that thinks we should have played something other than press man?

But you don't fire either. The carousel has to stop, especially after winning the division and finding our QB.

Not me. If we did, the extra time Rodgers would've needed to pass would've allowed people like Kerrigan the extra second or two to get to him. Of course, Rodgers could've moved around the pocket and improvised, but I'll take my chances with that as opposed to the soft zone Barry played.

But you don't fire Barry for this. Gruden should be discussing strategy with both coordinators, all three technically. He should also have stepped in and told Barry we need to change things up during the game. That being said, we had a team that is growing and you don't stunt the growth by making knee jerk firings on a team that won far more games than expected.

I can respect your view on that. We shall see what changes will occur. Should be interesting.

Meanwhile, it'll be interesting to see what will happen with our other NFC East brethren.
