I heard Duper was out of the hospital but needs to go to Pitts for more testing...best of luck Duper. Your health and family are more important than helping the Pens win.

I think we should be playing Derrick Pouliot instead of Ian Cole. I don't care if Pouliot is out of shape and drunk, he's still better than Ian Cole, who brings NOTHING to the team.

Didn't notice that Ian Cole got an assist last night for his only point of the season. Too bad he had a plus minus of -4!

So, it clearly wasn't his best game of the season. I honestly don't get the Cole hate at all. He's clearly not good enough to be on the top pair and play 21+ minutes per night, but that doesn't make him terrible. Other than Letang, no one on the defense can play that many minutes effectively, it's a failure in the roster construction and putting a guy in a position to fail.

Put Lovejoy in Cole's spot and put Pouliot or Clendenning in Lovejoy's old spot with Dumoulin.
