Did the Colts cheat -err, try to deceive the opponent- with that dumb-ass play last week?
To be sure, they are opening doors into the world of deception, but it takes practice. You have to deceive the most tricky club in NFL. It seems that team is prepared for every type of deception.

When Pagano was asked about D-gate, he said, paraphrasing: "don't know what that is, it's in the past, it's forgotten." This comment resounds in the D-gate affair, especially after getting caught with hand in cookie jar.

So let's all study the NFL rules ...

If this is the kind of plays we can expect from the franchise in the future, I fully endorse keeping this coach in the league. I really miss making fun of the Jets who have gotten their act together and Rex Ryan came into a lot of talent at Buffalo. We need a new team to make fun of. Hoping the Colts are it.

Definitely a good idea, but poorly executed. They did not need that, they were down by few points ending 3rd Q. The first on-side kick, which the Pats were very lucky about with the call, Colts recovered but was not over-turned because there was no clear shot on replay. Two onside kicks and that dumb fake punt is too much trickery.

Pfft, clearly you just don't understand what the Colts are all about.

This goes back to what you said on the other thread, and I agree. Teams need to get a lot more creative, it builds ratings. I wonder how many people that know little about NFL are tweeting and chit about that ridiculous fake-punt by the Colts. This is the type of news that goes around the world.

They should try some play-action passes. That will fool the shit out of folks.

I don't know if they have the proper tools for that.

They are experts at that, make no mistake. Good to see other teams catching on.

Another question many are asking is how the heck are the Pats undefeated if they cheat so much. That's a tough question to answer. Time will tell.

The play made ZERO sense...If the D was stupid enough not to cover the ball, I could see snapping it and giving a shot, but that wasn't the case...They should've called a timeout, quick-kicked or something along those lines once they realized the play was busted...
