i liked Barkley, but knew Luck was special.

Barkley has 10 lb cement blocks on his feet. Great deep ball. Hell of a strong arm, but not in Luck's class over all.

Actually one of the knocks on Barkley was that his arm strength was ok, but nothing special, and that his deep ball was adequate but inconsistent.

Definitely nowhere near the athlete Luck is, and his mental makeup was several notches below.
