Mine are Minnesota Vikings in the NFC and Miami Dolphins in the AFC.

Neither made the postseason in 2014 however i've got a good hunch both make it this season.

Minnesota Vikings are my surprise team in the NFC. First off Minnesota were 7-9 and lost four games by eight points: one point to Buffalo, two points to Detroit, two points to Miami and three points to Green Bay. They were eight points shy of being 11-5 and all these without A.P. Well Bridgewater has a year of experience,Peterson is back with a chip on his shoulder and they have a pretty good defense as well. Take it to the bank Minnesota will be over .500 this season and in the postseason.

Miami Dolphins are my surprise team in the AFC. Miami were 8-8 and lost three games by ten points: three points to Denver, three points to Green Bay and four points to Detroit. They were ten points shy of being 11-5 last year. QB Ryan Tannehill is underrated and completed nearly 400 out of 600 passes,67% completed,4000 yards with 27TD and 12INT with a 92.8 pass rating. Tannehill's 2014 season was Tannehill's best statistically, as he set career highs in passing yards, passing touchdowns completion percentage, pass attempts, pass completions, passer rating, and rushing yards, as well as a career low mark in interceptions. On May 18, 2015, Tannehill signed a 6-year $95 million contract extension with the Dolphins through the 2020 season. Also they brought in Ndamukong Suh to help out a good defense that includes Cameron Wake,Oliver Vernon,Louis Delmas,Brent Grimes, etc. I have no doubts Miami will be over .500 this season and in the postseason.

Not one of my surprise teams but i do think Tennessee will be better this year. The biggest problem period for this team the last two or three years has been the terrible play at QB mainly by Jake Locker who wasn't fit to be a starter at all. With Marcus Mariota at QB even though he is a rookie the team will be better than it was with Locker starting last year. Taylor Lewan told the media the team felt disrespected by Vegas as the oddsmakers pretty much had Titans pegged this year as the worst team in the league. The total on Tennessee this year in Vegas is 5.5 on the over/under as far as wins. If i had a shitload of dough i'd bet it on the OVER as i have no doubts this team can win at least six games with an easier schedule, better QB,improved roster.

AFC... Dolphins for sure.

NFC... Not really a surprise, but I really like the Cardinals this year.

Everyone is high on Minnesota, but I just don't see it. Looking at their schedule, they will be lucky to win 7 games. Is that a surprise?

Yep Arizona is another team i think could do big things. Their GM Keim has done a magnificent job lately finding gems in the middle to late rounds on offense. Andre Ellington,David Johnson,John Brown cornerstones of the offense drafted in the sixth, fourth and third round. All three are gonna be playmakers. I guarantee they will be higher than the 26th ranking they had last year on offense. If they do well again on defense this year combined with Palmer being healthy sixteen games this team could go very far this year.

That is the crux of it all right there, unless they have a Brady like unknown hiding in the shadows somewhere...
Palmer is still a good qb and very capable of winning it all with the right pieces around him, getting a little long in the tooth now so he has to be handled wisely by the coaches for conditioning and preserving him for a post season run....

Miami Dolphins are my surprise team in the AFC.

There's a ton of talent there and I'm pulling for them and the Bills both. Anything could happen. I'd be excited to see either one do good.

If the Bills could get a decent QB, they would be scary good. I think Philbin keeps Miami back

Same here. I feel bad for Buffalo they haven't made the playoffs in 15 years. However they have a roster right now that is stacked but what sucks for them is no QB. I think they play Indy in their first game and i'm rooting heavily for Buffalo but it will be hard without an adequate QB. They finally have some good ownership in place and if they are smart like i think they are they will be looking in the coming months as well as into next season for a young vet or an older vet to be available. As stacked as that team is i wonder if they would be interested if say Kaepernick or Dalton became available after this season.

They have a badass defense with three guys that had over ten sacks Williams,Hughes,Dareus. Leodus McKelvin and Stephone Gilmore in the secondary. Even the offense is looking pretty good including the offensive line, a WR group that includes Sammy Watkins,Percy Harvin two speedy targets. RB look good with LeSean McCoy and Fred Jackson both of those will keep the run game motoring along. IF i'm Rex Ryan i lean heavily on running the ball and keep defenses honest by throwing at times to my weapons Watkins or Harvin then i leave the rest up to my league best defense to hold the fort.

I never looked at Buffalo's schedule i'm interested to see it.....OUCH man whew Indy,New England then at Miami hard three game start then its get easier with Tennessee,NY Giants,Cincy,Jax all of those four are winnable toughest is Cincy but its in Buffalo so thats good. After the bye a home game against Miami then it gets tough with three straight road games and five of the next six on the road. three games at NY Jets at New England and at Kansas City followed by home against Houston then at Philly and at Washington. Last two games are home games against Dallas and NY Jets. That schedule is brutal.

I heard he offered Philly all of 2016 and 17 draft picks for Sanchez

That way, all he would have to do is change the jersey color on his tattoo!

I actually like the Bills in the AFC. We have seen Rex do it with lesser QB's.

In the NFC, I like the Rams. I think they will be battling for a wild card spot with the Cards.

Can't really come up with a surprise team. In the NFC Seahawks, Packers, Cowboys and Cards will rule, and I don't consider the Cards being good a surprise. In the AFC it's down to Steelers and Ravens, don't see another team rising up to slay either of these teams.

I could see Minny winning some games, the team I think makes the best improvement is Oakland.

NFC- Lions. I think GB will more than likely win the division. I think Stafford and Co. could get the Lions in as a wild card. It's possible

NE, after starting 0-4 like many posters think. Brady returns game 5 like many posters already know? He goes 12-0. Make the POs. Whip up on their bitches Luck & company. A new RB runs for 200 + against them. That victory is followed by confusing Harbaugh & company again (assuming they win another WC spot to back in again) Buff looks much stronger so no guarentee for the Ravs to get a WC. Go on to win the SB against GB. Sorry Card fans you lost on a bs call. Seattle's luck runs out and they don't get to tge NFCCG.
