There's nothing that can be legally done about her being rude and mouthy. However, it will add to the video evidence of her threatening with her fist, kneeing him in the nuts, and taking a swing at him.

You can clearly see her using her hips/butt :11 - :13 to keep him from getting to the bar. She's then quick to put up a fist and shoving him back when he persists.
