I hear ya. I have 2 extremely high end restaurants with bars in my facility and I'm the director of security. Luckily the worst I've had to deal with lately is a gang of "apple pickers" taking peoples smart phones. And of course pick pockets because women just can't zip up their purses because they have to check their phones every 18 seconds. But I still end up with a drunk a-hole on occasion.

I think Florida bars are 18+. If it can be proven that they served him they will be, but just being there is legal.

Not that Talahassee police really are into doing investigation but they could easily look through the tape and see if he went up to the bar at any time of the night and ordered a drink.

Easy enough to find out if he got drinks. At the bars/clubs you get a stamp if of age. Also you have to go to the bar for a coke or water.

Most likely the music was blaring. Still it looked like one bartender saw it, but didnt say or do anything lol
