She probably was trashed. She's a college kid at a bar, a very large college kid at that. You can clearly see what's happening. He's trying to come up on her from behind to force his way to the bar and tries to shove past her. She takes exception, words are exchanged, she cocks her fist but doesn't throw a punch, he grabs her in response, she takes a weak jab at him that pretty much misses, he cracks her in the face, and then bounces. Case closed. It's very evident to see that's what happened.

Very similar situation I went through. I'm a big old teddy bear so I let her smack me a couple times and then I got the hell out of Dodge.

Still to this day I hope someone decks her for that though. Hopefully another woman does it, but I wouldn't feel bad for her if a dude did it.

I said boot him when the story first broke. Witnesses that all corroborated her story. Now here is where the rub is. The FSU rule which is like many colleges is for a misdemeanor they do not need to suspend him or kick him off the team, but every player that Jimbo has had who has been charged is suspended or kicked off. Will have to see what happens. Will be disappointed if he stays, buy not shocked either. I have beat down guys for shit like that. No disrespect to the dudes in this thread, but I've found that usually the only guys who get hit by women are guys who let it happen. My current girlfriend will give me a smack to the gut from time to time if I'm being dumb (often), but I've dated many women in my life and not one of them has ever even threatened to hit me. It isn't that I'm some Billy Badass, but when you carry yourself confidently and respectfully and don't hang around those type of women, it just doesn't really come up. Honestly, it's normally the same with men and violence, too.
