Looks good to me.

I'd have to think they'll continue the clones theme from Fallout3. Lots of nice settings. Survivalists in the mountains of New Hampshire, Cape Cod and the coast.

Maybe they'll have Belichick as the evil villain behind the scenes... LOL.

I LOVE this series. However, I have spent the last year playing Skyrim, so I am a bit burnt out on Bethesda right now. I don't think I will start this one for a few years.

I LOVE this series. However, I have spent the last year playing Skyrim, so I am a bit burnt out on Bethesda right now. I don't think I will start this one for a few years.

It takes place in the future but the whole feel of it is retro 1950's when they treated nuclear war as just WWII+ with the same attitude around civil defense and preparedness.

Have you ever seen the civil defense film "Duck and Cover" where they had kids hiding under their desk during a nuclear attack?

Same thing. That's why Fallout is so great. Satire and a great game.

(Bethesda does make great games and it's easy to get burnt out. Although I just replayed Fallout3 after playing Rome II Total war for a year).

I heard that people are complaining about the graphics, Fallout has always had a different style of aesthetics and if this makes the game easier to run then I'm all for it. This past year has been terrible for game optimization.

I'm also hyped about finally getting a dog companion, Mad Max style!

The graphics look fine to me, even if they are a bit outdated. A lot of people overemphasize on graphics IMO.

I'm more worried about what engine they're using, especially if it's Gamebryo. As fun as Fallout 3 and New Vegas were, they were pretty clunky, had poor character animations, terrible glitches, etc. Combat was very meh.

not to mention the lighting looks a million times better. Even PC mods couldn't do much about that for Fallout 3/NV.

I'm VERY psyched...

Lots of good trailers out there with some interesting observations.

The British guys couldn't acknowledge Paul Revere and just preferred to call him "The Traitor".
