Maybe this years grill will last more than a season

OK guys, here is my weird ritual.

Every year on Draft day, I buy a new Grill. That grill will get fired up 30 minutes before the draft starts. My Sons and I will grill, drink beers and discuss the draft for the entire weekend. If the Skins have a good year, the Grill Survives till the next draft. (So yes the 2012 Grill made it to the 2013 draft). This Grill will be fired every Sunday throughout the season.

If we suck, it gets shredded.


So lets all hope Grill 2015 makes it to draft 2016.

It should be noted that Gruden increased the team's win total from the prior season by 33%. No small accomplishment that is.
