Is that Morgan Moses putting on a textbook hold on Beasley?

That was the exact holding move that tackles did to Rak 3 times a game. I saw it clearly, yet when he complained about it everyone said he was making excuses.

Not trying to argue that we should have kept Rak, just never understood why so many never saw these holds.

Saw most people complain about these missed holds on Rak. The refs were never our friends when it came to calling that:noidea:

Yeah, Rak was held like a mofo. On too many occasions, the refs held on to their flags on such obvious holding calls.

I never heard that. What I consistently heard was lack of production vs the money he was being paid. That was what was out of balance. I wanted him to stay myself but not at the money he wanted. I'm ok with him going where he would earn a bigger paycheck. He's a quality guy and deserves to take care of his family with a paycheck. Just didn't want it to be us anymore.

No skinsdad, I was just proving to you that we will not take Scherff at #5. Beasley could very well be the pick if Fowler and Williams are gone and we cant trade down. Why cant you see that?

Scherff is scheduled to visit as well. Could it be that the team is doing its homework on all theses guys?? I agree the team has to leave open the possibility of a trade down if they get an offer they cant refuse. But considering we have the 5th pick, it would be dumb to NOT host multiple players who could in fact be the real target at #5. Sure if we were Tampa, we could simply host Winston and forget about it. BUt... we have 4 teams picking ahead of us.

Right thar hoss, so we have already met with him. SO we might not be hosting him, but its far fetched of you to say he isnt on the radar.

I see him the same way. The radio guys were making this claim right as he was about to sign elsewhere.

I get that he never turned into the player we envisioned. And like you I am glad we passed on him at this price, as you said he came up small when needed the most. But he still gets too much hate IMO from fans, they act like he was a Michael Westbrook type of bust and the fact he had been the best pass rusher this team has had since Charles Mann until Kerrigan stepped it up this year.
