I watched Harvick and Logano get into it a bit after last night's race. Once out of the cars, they exchanged words with crew members standing in. Harvick never took his helmet off. Freakin' wussie. Not much to report though racing-wise. Same boring stuff.

They've done this for the 500 forever....this is nothing new. I been watching NASCAR for about 15 yrs now and it always been this way

They never did qualifying by running in groups. They always went out one car at a time.

Yes they always ran the twin races to set the field, but they NEVER ran pack races to set qualifying order.

Yep this is true. They wanted to make the qualifying more "entertaining" by group instead of individual. Flippin' joke if you ask me. Boyer is right. The chance of wrecks is going up and for what? Entertainment value? The front row has been determined. Everyone else gets to race their way in with the Twins on Thursday. Brian France Jr is going to kill what is left of this sport. Meanwhile, Jr and Hamlin's cars failed inspection and Tony Stewart is too fat. Go figure!

Watching qualifying for the plate tracks is a waste of time. It does not matter where you start at all so why bother watching? Do you really care if JJ Yeley makes it over Alex Bowman? I didn't watch, but I'm sure it was a shitshow. I guess they didn't learn from Dega last year. Group qualifying just makes zero sense at a plate track unless your goal is to increase the chance of tearing shit up for no reason
