I was actually planning on going out to catch true grit at the theaters, but from what I've heard from everyone I'm not excited anymore.

It is pretty chill for a western movie, but still a very good movie. I went expecting to see guns blazing left and right, but a good story.

I didn't like True Grit that much.. it was alright, but not anything special.. same with The Fighter..

lol, it is seriosuly crazy. 10 bucks for the ticket, then they wanted like 5 bucks for a small soda. 5.50 for a bag of candy. I told them straight up, you guys are fucking crazy, next time I'm bringing my own shit.

I've always brought my own concessions. I've had food drop out of my pockets in front of employees before and they never batted an eye.

lol... I hadn't been to the movies for years before seeing True Grit. It was a spur of the moment decision, so I forgot to bring goods.

I thought True Grit was pretty good..........really thought Jeff Bridges fit his role about as well as he could. Matt Damon, not so much in my opinion.

the end of True Grit pissed me off.. They said it was 25 years later, but Matt Damon was supposedly pushing 80... not a great way to send me home..

I'm usually a pretty tough movie critic........for me to say a movie is good is almost a rarity. I will only go to a movie theater to watch a shitty film if my friends invite me along or somethin. Otherwise, if I'm goin with a girl or something, we're gonna go to a movie with high reviews pretty much every time.
