Pretty sad to cheer for an injury...that said, Cousins looked great yesterday...but truthfully it wasn't that hard...he gets at least the next 4 starts, maybe longer...if he's playing this well against DIV foes, I think you have to keep playing him when RG3 comes back.

He wasn't happy because RG3 got hurt. He is happy that KC (who he feels is a better QB) got a chance to play...

he feels the only way that happens is an RG3 injury.

If you ask him if he would rather RG3 be healthy and KC start, he would say...I would rather RG3 be healthy.

Any time you start a sentence with "I would rather RG3 get hurt...." you are guilty as charged. I can only imagine your reaction to me if I had started a sentence, regardless of the qualifiers put in after, with
"I would rather Kirk Cousins get hurt....:"

Not as guilty as deanpet21, there should be no doubt he was cheering as the QB of his team was screaming in pain, but you are still guilty.

If you use you statement and finish it with...we win the SB...I am fine with that.

If it makes us a better team, I am fine with KC getting hurt.

My allegiance is to this team...not a player.

and i will never be happy with anyone getting hurt so another can play and it has nothing to do with alliance to a player

I honestly can't tell who is dumber, the guy who openly celebrated the injury with multiple posts, then could not understand why there was a backlash, or the guy who saw his quotes and still claims he wasn't happy about the injury.

"Understanding" Interesting choice of words. But then again he is on the same side of this as you are. You both were fine if the QB you don't like is screaming on the sidelines in pain, good times is what that is, as long as your chosen one comes in.

Just imagine if I had taken that position with Cousins. I'm sure you would have been perfectly understanding.

Not every QB can pick up a system immediately and win. At the same time Cousins appears to have the same drive and ethic RGIII has, so I hope he can win for us. Obviously we'll see just how good he is as the weeks progress.
What would be great is if Cousins can win for us, until RGIII is ready to return!

Actually one thing I admire about Kirk is that from day one he has taken the high road and done everything he could to NOT feed into the distraction. Even now when its clear that its technically his job to lose, he says its RG3s team. From day one he has been a team first guy. Not going to go deep into it, but Rg3 seems to be more team first as long as Im first on the team up until about a month ago.

If Cousins turns out to be the man that's gonna lead the Skins to where I hope they end up at least once more in my lifetime. I'd love it and by a Cap'n Kirk fan. I'd still hope Griff recovers fully and goes on somewhere else to have an injury free and decent to good career.

I may not care about some players, may even laugh at them or have no sympathy for them if they go broke. Due to mismanagement and/or ass backwards spending. Some players I might not even feel bad for if they get seriously hurt. I've never wished injury on a player in any sport or was happy to see any player get seriously hurt though.

Deserve what?? I had my doubts about him from the minute we made the deal to get him. But i have never wished injury on him. I think he is a bit spoiled and narcissistic, but I had hopes he would grow out of that. And as i have said before this might actually turn out to benefit him and the team in the long run. Him sitting and watching in a situation where he actually WANTs to get better might help him long term. Last year he was done with the coach, and much like some one who is ready to be away from their current boss, he wasnt going to get any better under Shanahan for what ever reason.

I cheer for in the injury b/c its beneficial for our team. Cousins is the best QB for this team and he will prove it by us winning the division this year.
