I can answer this question. No, it is not unreasonable, with one exception. Foles put up those numbers because they were behind big and had to pass. Our game plan will be to run Morris. If we are successful, RG3 will have no where near the attempts Foles had. If the same situation emerges and we fall behind by 17, then your expectation is reasonable.

Cool j_y I will take that. And while I find it a rather JCesque game plan, its logical (for now). So whats reasonable then. 220 no TDs and a 60+ completion percentage?? For a number of reasons this game is must win. What happens if Griffin is once again efficient but basically ineffective and we drop to 0-2??

If we are successful running Morris and we control the clock, I think you will see RG3 with 20-25 attempts. at 65% completion rate, that will give him around 15-17 completions. So I think 150-200yds is very aggressive, but I'm comfortable with that range. I think its also reasonable that he have a TD pass or two. Maybe one INT. I also expect he will have 40 yds or so in rushing. If this happens, we win the game.

Explain to me how on the one hand its OK to say "Well he is a potential Franchise QB". Yet on the other hand set expectations so low that any backup SHOULD be able to hit them?? Foles passed for 340 and 2 TD on the defense we face this week. Is it unrealistic to expect a QB that is considered better than Foles to meet or exceed what he did??

at this point he isnt a franchise qb in this offense

what foles does with the eagles is of no concern . they run a different offense

now what are my reasonable expectations ?

push 300 yds passing 2tds no TO's and about a 65 % completion pct

but those numbers depend on what the pass/rush ratio is

if we run 45 times then perhaps his yards wont be as high

my main thing right now is to get a win . we need it whether he is a bus driver or a knight

we have been last 5 of 6 years . must wins at week 2 are the norm

hard to see how the season doesnt start to turn into a debacle if we go 0-2 to philly

with our defense , which hasnt stopped philly yet it will be a huge defeat

did you like rg3 in 2012? he had 300 yards passing 3 times the whole year. think more like russell wilson because i know you love him so much lol. let rg3 be very efficient, use his legs, have morris go off on the jags, and just win.

i dont get why we are discussing rg3 more than the team itself. lets talk about winning. defense, morris, o line, pass rush, rambo, murphy, pass protection, clark, meriweather, special teams, gruden, mcvay, haslett, replacing cofield and reed, djax and hatcher, seriously we arent even talking about the redskins anymore and it is annoying as hell. sure rg3 is what most important right now, we win and die by rg3 but this board has become the rg3 board instead of the skins board. right now cali is the only one holding this board together.
