I knew Chester was late on two plays but didn't know he tripped over Litch's foot. Could be that Litch got pushed back. Ideally you would like for our line to open that hole but that is just not strength of this line.

This probably isn't the popular vote but I think Royster is the 2nd best back on the team. He does not have break away speed but he can run inside, block and catch the ball. I think Redd is similar although a little behind Royster.

While I agree with you, it says a lot about our current RB situation in that Royster is our #2 doesn't it? We need to improve in this area even if we have to go out and get someone more capable once cuts happen. Also, I'm NO fan of our current C/RG situation. It will rear its ugly head all season imo.

I am okay with Morris, Helu, Royster and Young. They are all professional RBs. Maybe you can stash a Redd and/or Seastunk on the PS and see if they can develop. Morris is clearly the best runner but the other guys can do some of everything. Trying to find a RB that can block and pickup blitzes is always an ordeal. Not many are asked to do it until they hit the pros.

I think I am okay with Litch. He isn't all pro but I do think they need a RG. I don't have much confidence in Chester.

Ok first off the man really needs to learn how to slide; and he needs to learn when to step out of bounds or slide, he can't keep taking hits especially in a meaningless preseason game.. I know that he wants to make a play and pick up positive yards but you definitely have to protect yourself and know when to throw the ball away/get out of bounds and or slide.

Its his 3rd year and this is still an issue.

Overall, I was very impressed by RGIII's performance in last week's game. I liked the way he made his reads and threw to the open guy. His passes were decisive and accurate. The pick he threw to Joe Haden wouldn't have been so, if he'd have not thrown off of his back foot. DeSean Jackson was open on that play. I liked the 49-yard bomb to Andre Roberts. Roberts had to slow up, just a tad, but the ball was where it needed to be. Now, for the negatives. RGIII has got to learn how to slide and slide correctly. Those three pinball like hits he took on the way to the sideline was uncalled for and unnecessary. He will not last long in the league if that continues. Like Herm Edwards said on First Take, if the QB can get 10 yards, take seven! Stop trying to get the extra yards. That's what we have Alfred Morris for. Going into this season, I am not concerned about RGIII as a passer, I am worried about his durability. At this point, I should be worried.
