Who knows when he decided? If it was more than 3 or 4 days ago... I'd accept that it might have impacted some ability for the Heat to make moves.

If it was within the last day and a half as widely believed... zero impact on what the Heat can do moving forward, IMO.

We'll have an overpaid, can't do it alone ex elite talent.

I'm good with Riley trying to build a roster in the weaker East, or set a plan for next years crop of FA's.
