There will be a few hours difference per picks unless your drafting 1,2,15,16 pick because you will be picking back to back.

15min draft time slot with 16 teams would be same amount of hours during the day (8hrs of drafting) as when we did 30min time slots for 8 teams.

I think I like this because people will always know their draft time for the day.

I do also want to mention again please check in even if you aren't on the clock because we tend to get moving at a pretty good pace and you could be up much sooner than your scheduled time.

You will only be skipped should you not make your pick during your scheduled time.

I have the opinion that people are going to judge on whatever they want. So you can go with who has the best team, who would win in a series, whichever ya like.

You will always have your scheduled times, you can pick after the guy ahead of you picks but you still have your time and will not ever be skipped unless you miss your scheduled time.
