So the story stating that Kaep has absolutely NOTHING to do with Kaep other than some naked drunk chick asking for him?? That completely contradicts the earlier reports, not to say that that isn't possible though. From listening to the tape recordings it sounds as though Kaep left before Lockette called the cops, which is actually an extremely smart thing for him to do

That's my point. The "earlier reports" from TMZ is akin to believing the National Enquirer on face value. Because there was a mention of Kap, the automatic assumption by many was to associate him with all things pertaining to the story. Facts are coming out and with every fact/police report coming out, his inclusion in this situation seems to become less and less.

the only factual statement anybody can make is that Kaepernick wasn't there when the police arrived. nobody knows whether he was prior to their arrival, and if the police don't care to investigate it, then it doesn't matter, which is fine. but don't just make stuff up to suit your myopic views of your own team.

What's hilarious is that according to some SEA fans on this board, he was a rapist a month ago. Now as more REAL info comes out to dispute that, Niner fans are suddenly the ones that are delusional. What is being made up? The fact that many SEA fans on this board jump immediately to claiming someone to be a rapist based on a TMZ report or the fact that more info has come out to dispute that?

I'm fairly sure there are rules on targeting players with testing, and it's not just an at-will testing situation.

Indeed, the players union would have a fit if they tried to do that, but if it was allowed (or even voluntary, say someone decided to have a drugs test to prove he was innocent) then it's not unreasonable.

Jumping to conclusions or making fun about someone being a possible rapist is much worst than doing the same about usage of PEDs, so get off your little soapbox. I'm sorry you got so hurt over all the Sherman abuse. And by the way, he got off on a procedural technicality, so there is still some element of guilt (see Ryan Braun). I wonder how the adderall miraculously showed up in the results.

Sherman was never found not guilty.

He got off due on technicality because the tester transferred a leaky sample cup to another cup without documenting it.

So he still tested positive Adderall and he's around a number of guys taking Adderall the odds of him taking Adderall are higher than him not have taken it.

Personally I don't care because all 32 teams have guys on it that are probably taking things they shouldn't be taking so I just see it as Seattle being worse at cheating than the 31 other teams.
