Vince was asked to restructure his contract. He's due $7.5MM this year and he counts $11.7MM against the cap.
He tore his archilles in the fourth game of last season. He's not 100% recovered and more than likely will never recover 100%. This is a man who weighs near 375 lbs. and is 33 years old. He's basically a two down defensive lineman when he's healthy. Sorry Vince, can't pay you $5-6M a year now. Have a great life, it's been a great 10 years.
