Oh commish. I just tried that CTRL F thing on the full mock thread and it didn't work. Has anybody else tried that?

Your asking I.T info to a guy who just realized he could use his phone to check in :laugh3:

I'm hoping you were talking about mine of McGill. He is a bit of a project coming from a small school but with Talib and Harris already starting McGill should be able to get Safety help his first year as he develops. I can see him being a very good (maybe not on Sherman's level as well very few actually are) big Corner that seems to be what ever team wants these days. He showed at the combine and Senior Bowl that he has the speed and flexibility to turn with any receiver so see him being a good starter for years to come.

I am. McGill was my target in the 3rd when Gilbert didn't fall in the 1st. He seems to be shooting up draft boards though, so I guess that was a pipe dream.

A secondary of Lardarius Webb, Jimmy Smith, Gilbert/McGill, Matt Elam and Jimmie Ward would be a dream.

Oh I understand. I've watched a few of McGill's game and although he was up against inferior opponents he dominated them just like you want to see from a guy that plays small school. Plus from all that I heard he did very well at the Senior Bowl Week especially in one-on-ones hardly ever getting beat. Plus he played a ton of press-man coverage in college which is what the Broncos want to play this year.

Yeah in the 1st round Corners went quick. If one of Gilbert (pipe dream), Dennard (another pipe dream), Fuller, or Roby fell to the Broncos I would have taken them in the 1st but all were taken making that 2nd or 3rd tier of Corners all very similar that you could find throughout round 2.

Man looking at that Secondary for the Ravens that would have definitely been dangerous with that addition of Gilbert or McGill. That pass rush would have had a fun year.

I don't know, I tried again and it worked, sorry.

Maybe because you have commissioner abilities it works for you. Us common folk might be left in the dust.

Pick is in for Houston.

Had to get a guy in the secondary that could actually catch the ball after the QB is hurried by the elite pass rush of JJ Watt and Khalil Mack.

Stanley Jean-Baptiste is a WR turned CB just like Sherman.

Good pick. Guy is a bit of a project but then again most guys at this point in the draft are. He could turn into a very good Corner especially with that pass rush in front of him. We actually debated for a while between McGill and Baptiste for the Broncos but McGill won out as he seems to be a bit more technically sound at this point in his career.

They were both right there for me. I think Baptiste has better ball skills because of his time as a WR and a good pass rush can mask minor deficiencies for a 6'3" guy that can catch.

I think I would have taken McGill if both were available but not complaining.

They really are very similar guys. You watch the tape on them and you see a lot of the same strengths and weaknesses. I agree Baptiste is going to give you probably more turnovers because of his receiver background and maybe when all is said and done will be the better of the two. I guess I looked at it for the Broncos as they have a small window with Manning so taking the guy who is a bit more developed as a Corner that can help out more year one gave him the advantage. Plus he spent a lot more time in the press-man formation which is what the Broncos like to run compared to that Baptiste.

My guess is as we get deeper into this draft you are going to see that happen quite a bit. For me half of my time of checking this thing is on my phone and all the names are barely readable (not the greatest eyes in the world and hate wearing my glasses) so I just have to somewhat guess on what they are and hope they are not the ones I am picking.

im using a tablet, never had one before and i am quickly discovering how much i hate the damn thing. excusse my language.

Waiting on Dolphins to accept the trade. If he doesn't 1) I will stop working with him over and over again :noidea: 2) I have a guy ready to be picked (Nos and Gkekoa know about) if Miami says No.
