OK, now the team has its HC.....Now what??? There are a lot of posts debating the merits of having staff members in place, but shouldn't the greater question be, Can what once failed now succeed???
We all know that this team (with a couple of exceptions) was in place in Tampa Bay from 2002 to 2008 and didn't really leave its stamp on that team until after (Tony Dungy's) super bowl team won it all. We also know that they all were summarily removed after the 2008 season ( a couple of exceptions here as well) Now that the old gang is together again, there are questions that arise from this reunion.
1. Is Jay the substitute for Jon?
2. Considering the more relaxed rule changes will this system yield success where it failed in 2004-08
seasons?
3. Can we further expect attempts to hire Bill Callahan currently an OL coach, Rod Marinelli currently
a DL coach, and Gus Bradley?
4. What defines Washington football (we've tried Denver and now a Tampa Bay/Cincinnati hybrid)?
5. What is reasonable in terms of expectations this season, next and then a third?
