He is not trying to take credit, Sally. Just stating a fact. Your insecurity is making it something its not.

He is absolutely implying credit, and so are the rest of you.... showing injury reports? How spectacular.... maybe you guys should count up all injuries that each team causes... maybe you are truly dominant at something.

this is just sad. this whole thread.

I think this is the kind of thing they were talking about. That's the Defensive Player of the Year in case you forgot and he looks pretty messed up.

Good thing they aren't taking credit, just pointing out facts....

He is still locking on to his receivers. Davis was just the only one good enough to still make the play and beat his man.

Stuporbreaker never responds to me anymore because I just laugh at his folies and make fun of his biased hatred.

It makes it just that much sweeter that he is trying to ignore me after his years of troll-spamming boards with all of his stupid crap and blatant lies.

Breaker,

I'm not saying the Hawks are the reason other teams lose the week after playing Seattle. Its an interesting FACT and since I'm a Seahawk fan I shared it. That's all. If it distresses you so much I suggest you go back to sticking pins in your Russell Wilson doll and photoshopping Kaeps head onto Joe Montana pics to convince yourself that then is now.

Just because you're such an absurdly competitive fanboy of the Niners and I feel the need to stick it to you right now I'll leave you with another tidbit I learned this week. I saw a list of 'most consecutive wins' for each team and it turned out that Seattle's 2005 season with 11 in a row was much better than SF's best stretch ever of only 8 in a row.

Go ahead and insert the given response of "how many SBs does Seattle have" or "Count the rings" or some other version of the same response when you can't defeat the topic at hand.

p.s. I'll be sad if you don't respond with some cleverly googled gif or emoticon.

My bad Breaker, it looks like SF also had a 11 win streak, it was the Cowboys who only had 8. At least Shaun Alexander was better than any RB SF ever had. <super's head explodes>

Davis is an amazing TE which is why he racked up 180 yards receiving yards. Unfortunately facts interfere with your logic about Kaepernick starting down Davis all game along. Which isn't surprising considering the thread you are in full of seahawk fans blowing smoke up their own asses.

Number of times thrown to:

Vernon Davis 11
Boldin 8
All other receivers 9

Thats not locking on to one guy dufus. Vernon Davis did what he did with 8 catches. 8 catches for 180 yards. Best performance by a TE in twenty years.

I love how you cherry picked statistics there, Breaker.

I wouldn't be surprised if someone else already posted it but let us take a look at Colin Kaepernick's distribution of the football throughout the entire season!

Anquan Boldin: 29 catches 50 targets
Vernon Davis: 22 catches 35 targets
Kyle Williams: 10 catches 21 targets
Bruce Miller: 10 catches 14 targets
Frank Gore: 5 catches 11 targets

Throws to Anquan Boldin and Vernon Davis: 85
Throws to Kyle Williams, Vance McDonald, Garrett Celek, Jon Baldwin, Marlon Moore and Quinton Patton: 45

Colin Kaepernick has a problem going through his reads.

You know that, I know that, even Harbaugh knows that. Kaepernick's inability to go through his reads effectively is what will stop him from being great. This is why he struggled so badly against Seattle, when Richard Sherman dominated Kaepernick's first read (Boldin) he had nowhere to go and then panicked.

Kaepernick has all the natural talent in the world but he does not have it in his head unfortunately for 49ers fans. I'm not saying he is a bad QB, I'm saying he will never be great unless he learns to go through his reads effectively.

Rich Gannon and Pat Kerwin were talking about this on Satellite radio.

Interesting fact this year: Every team who has played the Seahawks has lost the following week. They were suggesting that the Hawks physical, wear-you-down style of play could be the reason teams don't win their following game. They are either injured or just physically drained after a Seahawks match.

I'm not sure if that's true or if it's just coincidence but I seem to remember about 10 San Fran players were injured (to varying degrees) after playing in Seattle on week 2.

I guess that means the Niners should have no problem with the Titans this weekend if the trend continues.

Hell. I'm just shocked Breaker gave Patrick Peterson credit by shutting down Boldin. Can we start a new "best CB in the NFL" thread?

Maybe you should start with learning how to spell receiver, then you can start to understand how the numbers make your comments look fucking stupid.

He targeted other receivers more than he targeted Davis. Thats not locking on. Davis just made the most of it, and was on fire. 8 of 11 in fact. So the fact that he got 3 more passes than the next closest receiver is not hard to understand. Especially the way Peterson was shutting down Boldin.

And really, if he was "locking on" then it wouldn't have probably worked would it. When QB's lock on to a WR they don't go 8 of 11 for 180 yards and 2 TD's. Especially against a good defense.

How humorous is it that when kaep doesn't play well its because he is "locking on", and then when the passing game does well, its only because he was "locking on" to receivers.

BTW - I love the dbags that have to resort to the "grammar" card because their point alone is flawed. Keep trying Breaker.

Seriously, seattle has to have one of the most oblivious fan bases in the NFL. Maybe its the isolation of the pacific northwest?

Its also hilarious since about 80% of that dumbass' posts have a little line at the bottom about having been edited. Apparently he's not too good at spelling the first time around either. What a hypocrite.

I recall a similar stat for whenever teams played the Raiders years ago. It seems to make sense given that the physicality can possibly leave you licking some wounds for next week. Seattle might be the most physical team in football right now.

Through 6 weeks I wouldn't be surprised if this has happened many times before. Really not that big of a deal when you think about it. Purely coincidental.

The truth is that peterson did a great job on boldin. And for a young top CB who routinely gets humiliated by crabtree every time they play... I am sure getting an older slower WR was a huge blessing for him.

No way man.... You didn't beat the colts. The seahawks beat them by losing to them and then allowing you to play the heap of garbage of a team that they left behind.

Chargers get no credit bro. It was all Seahawks on Monday night.

So when Seattle receivers who's QB obviously has never locked on to a target in his life.... when those recievers get a guy like Wilson throwing to them.... how come they aren't having 180 yard 2 TD days? I mean "locking on" is a bad thing right?

Yes, locking on is a bad thing. And Seattle doesn't have a receiver as good as Davis. You'll understand better when Kap faces Seattle again and is forced to go through his reads. Until then, enjoy it. Or cry about it, whichever makes you feel better about this flaw that everyone sees but you.

Well if 180 yards and 2 TD's is a bad thing..... then I love the new "Lock on" technique.

It worked.... this time because Davis took it deep twice. When you face a defense that forces Kap to go to his next read you wont be so thrilled about it.

It was a very impressive game by Davis.

yeah yeah.... when kaepernick has a good day its ony because he "locks on" to his receivers. And when he has a bad day its also because he "locks on" to his receivers. It all makes perfect sense.... to seattle fans.
