I'm going to be really pissed if we lose this game. Maybe it's my age, but I just can't stand losing to the damn cowboys. Statistically, if we lose this game, we're not out, but in so far as I'm concerned, losing this game ends any "turn around" shift we could possibly have in this pathetic division.

They are just defending the flag on their forum. We've done the same here at times.

Of course, i think your posts are great. And I think you add alot to this board. I really haven't noticed you over on their board posting off topic things, til maybe this week, which seems appropriate in a Dallas/skins thread. And your "cartoons" seem to be in the smack talk thread or in a rivalry thread IMO.

if Murray has 150 yds rushing the cowboys will win by more than one score (over 8pts) unless a late cheap points are given up to make it seem closer. Cowboys have to dedicate themselves to the run though for that to happen.

Davis has been an under achiever this year, but I expect they both will see snaps, hopefully together on the field. In your favor, Reed has consistently been more of a go to guy for Griff. Shanny may be returning to his favored method of frustrating fantasy owners...

yeah, spent a draft pick (late, but still) on Davis. Then dropped for Reed this week after O. Daniels went down. Only played Davis one week, maybe week one. Then traded for Daniels (doh) and now hoping Reed pays off. Dallas sucks against the TE's this year, so hope if the Skins score a TD it is to Reed

What I would like to see on Sunday night:

Special Teams - Rocca get his hang time average up. Battle of field position always plays a big factor in these division rivalries. Some good blocking, minus the penalties, that gives whoever they choose to put back in returns an opportunity. Burns had the bye week to get this group on the same page ... no more excuses. Kai is back and have no doubt he could be a difference maker.

Defense - Need a huge game from Cofield. From shutting down the run to Kerrigan & Orakpo getting pressure, it all starts with him. Shutting down Murray is the number one priority. Make them one dimensional and then tee off with some blitzes. Not sure what to expect from Jenkins & Jackson in their first game back. They're listed at the bottom of the depth chart, but if an injury pops up depth could be a difference maker. Its the first primetime game for the rookies. Hopefully Amerson & Rambo are not blinded by the bright lights. It goes without saying that Hall is going to need a repeat of his week 17 performance covering Dez. But Romo has lots of options between Williams, Beasley, Harris & Escobar. If the secondary can keep up will be the difference in the game.

Offense - The number one priority is establish the run to set up the play action. The receivers and TE setting up the blocks down field is key. I prescribe a heavy dose of Morris ... hopefully he gets 20+ touches. I expect the combination of Davis/Reed/Helu to have a huge game, blocking downfield, providing protection Griffin & shedding blocks for intermediate routes. As Griffin finds success we'll be able to take the top off their defense going deep. I think this could be THE breakout game for Hankerson where he establishes himself as a true #2.

The obvious: We need to limit our stupid mistakes, turnovers & penalties ... while capitalizing on theirs by turning them into points.
