Are the Broncos and Ravens scheduled to play next season?
You wish next season....you don't want to meet us in the post season again.

wait a Lions fan talking shit....oh that's good considering they haven't won shit ever, and their the worst franchise in NFL history....if it wasn't for Barry Sander the Lions would have faded from memory.
LOL ^ obvious sign of weakness to attack the post based on the team the poster roots for!
Harbaugh and Rice I would not bet against (although Rice going down like he did looked bad on Sunday) but Flacco I would bet against everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. The guy is a middle of the pack guy that had a great 4 game stretch that got him $100 million. Not too bad of a pay day if I do say so myself. Look what he has done in these first two games against what most would consider mediocre defenses (Broncos were missing their top 2 defensive players). Yes I understand he is learning with a lot of new receivers but he has just looked bad pretty bland. He has done that almost all of his career.
Now having said that with the down year we are seeing in the AFC for some teams 9-7 and maybe even 8-8 could make the Wild Card so I would not count the Ravens out at this point. They have a good defense, good coach, and should have a decent run game if Rice is actually healthy. Teams have made it to the playoffs with less.

Seems like a bargain considering the Lions just gave $76m to a QB that hasn't accomplished shit...even with the best WR on the planet.

Adrian Peterson's first carry of the season (78yds) is more rushing yards than Pittsburgh has after 2 games.
I have no delusions about my team strength. I most regularly bet against them because I know their strength better than other teams.
Everyone wants to take their team so personally, what have you done to build your team? Do you play for that team? Are you a coach? Or do you think that screaming at the TV helps your team win?
Well then you would have come up on the losing end of the bet five years in a row.
Flacco's contract is a bad move...
bostlayer you posts are backhanded hating. i'm not buying into your BS. I noticed how you threw in that Flacco wasn't worth 120 million there at the end for no other reason than to just hate.
So you don't know the ravens yet you're going to talk about them....okay.
Reading comprehension. I said I know their strength better than others, not that I am clueless outside of the Lions.
Not in the regular season. The guy has sucked it up most of his career in the regular season and has relied a lot on a good/great defense (yes I know this last year they were 17th blah blah blah), and a good running game. Even in the playoffs he has won throwing for under a hundred yards before. You can't tell me he is the reason they have won many of the games that they have. I will say his work in this past post season was impressive but there again was it him or his receivers? Boldin made some ridiculous catches as did Pitta. Smith and Jones were able to get behind the defense on a few plays. I think the receivers deserve quite a bit of credit because they did save him from a few interceptions in the playoffs by going over the top of the defender even though the defender had better position for the ball.
There is a reason in Fantasy Football Flacco is just not picked. The guy cannot carry a team on his back very often. Yes I know Fantasy Football is all about stats and not about actually winning on the field but they do help to show how much an impact a player can make on a game. Flacco's greatest impact on the game is that he doesn't turn the ball over. To me that is the definition of a game manager. Coach pretty much tells his guy don't go and lose us the game.

Kind of how Fox too the ball out of Manning' hands with 7 minutes to go in a close play off game?
It is not back handed or hate, it is an assessment you yourself made. Because somebody who isn't an obvious fan of them does it they are attacking your team?
FYI I bet on 3 teams preseason to win it all last year, 1 of them was the Ravens. I was rooting for them all playoffs. (My other 2 teams were the 49ers and Texans, but I won the most if the Ravens won.)
