Not sure how Ray Lewis was brought in.... But I agree that Tebow is a great person. His comments of his worship of God are true to him and not an act like some others. That being said, he can't play in the NFL as a QB and needs to figure out where he might fit in.

That's a great point you're making there.

I think the issue here is the amount of media attention that Tebow has gotten despite his deficiencies as a QB at this level. For the last few years, he has probably been the most talked about player in the NFL and he wasn't even a starting QB last year. That irritates me. Even "Favre Watch" hasn't been as annoying as constantly listening to the media talk about every single stupid little thing that Tebow does.

It because no one likes a "holier than thou" attitude. Anyone thanking the Lord for a win or touchdown or a championship is implying that the Lord loves them better than the other guy. Stupid, arrogant, and annoying. Thank the Lord in private if you must, but it really isn't likely he played a role in your football game.
