All I know is I'm rooting for the winner of this series in the conference final.

I think that the Kings have the advantage in this series. They are playing well and better built for the playoffs. I don't like the long layoff for the Sharks after a relatively easy first series (I mean no disrespect to the Nucks, but they did not play well).

All that said, I do like the travel situation for San Jose. Especially because the Hawks Wings series has so little travel.

All that said: LET'S GO SHARKS!!!

Not since the 1992 playoffs, round one against Edmonton. Kings are 5-4 all-time in game ones at home.

Oh, and obviously, the Kings have never played a game one at Staples.

That was when Terry Murray was the head coach. That was the loss that pissed them off and motivated them to bigger and better things. Things are different under Dutter now.
