TJ won't disappoint!! The kid can play, he was in the wrong defense at USC last year. USC played that Tampa 2 which is more of a bend but don't break type defense. If the Rams play more of an attacking style, he'll fit like a glove!!

Who know's under Pete he could have landed in the first round....

I agree. I wish he had another year of eligibility. The DC we hired this year is supposed to be implementing more of an attacking style defense which would have played perfectly to TJ's skill set.

Decent chance? He was the DC for the last 3 seasons and the defense got worse every year. Monte either wouldn't or couldn't adjust to how the college game (especially in the PAC) is played. That Tampa 2 just didn't work in the PAC with the spread offenses.

Look at the last 2 USC/UCLA games. USC's defense shuts the Bruins out in the game before last and then gives up 38 last year, running the same defense with more experienced players. The difference was, UCLA wasn't running the same offense that they were the season before.

Fisher must be going on pedigree and the fact he hits well. Does cover the hybreds and TEs well enough, more of a SS versus FS. Warming up because I have to trust Fisher and Snead. Thay know more than me, I just wanted Thomas. Still get Thomas if he is there, we need 2 safeties anyway and then use the money for someone other than Mikell. Barrett Jones could be decent here too.
