Texas A&M has the current Heisman Trophy winner, finished the season ranked #5, was the only team to beat the National Champion, manged to save some respect for Texas football by beating the OU team that emptied the stadium of t-sips by halftime, and his heading into the 2013 season with talk of potentially making a run at the National Championship. Texas not so much. Except for all of you that are on Mack Browns root and are towing the party line of "We knew the longhorns would suck until 2013. 2013 is the year." What will you bag of lies hold for next year.

Aggies have those bragging rights. Those are current bragging rights. If you want to cling to the over all record from when my Grandfather's, Grandfather was going to the games so be it but it has no relevance to 2013.

In addition Texas D is soft and can't tackle for shit. Just watch last years RRSO highlights to see their laughable attempts as they got steamrolled.

They will not be winning he BIG XII. Second or third perhaps.

With all that being said, I'm down on my sooners because we lost a ton of starters. I think Texas might squeak one by us this year.

Alot of linemen? A&M lost 2 starters from the O-line. Joeckle and Lewis. Its not like the entire offensive line left.

Texas the favorite? Anyone tell that to OU & TCU. OU has owned t.u lately and TCU filled in nicely for the Aggies and beat the horns on Thanksgiving with a backup QB.

They made 18 million in the Big 10 in 2011.

They were offered triple cash.

Any issues in the Texas/Nebraska debate stem from the reluctance of Nebraska to admit the TRUE reason they left ($$$$$$$$$$$$$$).

The Huskers have actually (to their credit) kind of owned it now.
It was silly for them to simply blame Texas.
Most Husker fans acknowledge it was more about the money than Texas.

And both teams moved on once that acknowledgement was made.
