You'd think with that high powered offense they have thy wouldn't suck so bad.

Lots of Pass Interferences by them.

Play 99 percent man coverage and are extremely physical.

Bo has always said he will take the extra PI's so long as his guys are playing extremely aggressive.

Yes, but I have seen a few times this year where a PI call has kept a drive alive for opposing team and then they end up scoring off it. That can cost you a game.

I would prefer my team to pass interfere rather than give up 65+ yard touchdown passes on 3 and 25.

it wasn't that scenario though. It was more like 3rd and 12-15 ball is completely thrown over the WR head but because of the aggressiveness of the defender it was a PI, keeping the drive alive.

I understand where you are coming from though, sorta like how ND played Marquis Lee.

Given that Indiana and Penn St. are the only two B1G teams in the top 50 passing offenses tells me nobody knows how to pass in the B1G anyway. Big woop.

IMO the referees need to do a better job of discerning catchable balls. I see pass interference called way too often on non catchable balls.

The B1G isn't used to Nebraska's physical play...These calls will go down in the future when they realize its tough football and not really a P.I.

Im just saying Carolina consistently let the other team convert on third and long when everyone in the stadium knew a pass was coming. A lot of times the other teams saved us with dropped passes, but my point is just that i would prefer my team have a defender near the guy and a chance to pass interfere rather than have a secondary that isn't even close enough to the WR to pass interfere.

yeah I agree. But didn't they use to have calls depending on catchable and non-catchable already and they went away with it and now even completely non catchable balls can be called for PI?

I don't think so. If so that's news to me.

Artificially inflated stats due to poor competition. See FSU.
