I can't see a world where that ND offense can score enough to make this much of a game. If they can hold OU to 14-17, maybe, but I don't see that happening either.

When is the last time OU played a defense as good as Notre Dames? The only thing that would surprise me is if this turned into a shootout.

Abd TT just gave up 36 to TCU in regulation. If Notre Dame wants to win, they are going to have to hold Oklahoma to about 14 points, which is possible considering Kansas State only gave up 19.

Did you really use Texas Tech? Even Iowa's defense would be top 5 with the 4 opponents TTU had prior to OU.

Northwestern State - I hope TTU would dominate
Texas State - 91st in pass ypg and 64th in rush ypgs. 79th in ppg. not really dominant.
New Mexico - Top 5 rushing, but 124th in passing. 1-sided offense
Iowa State - Not that good on offense. 90th in ppg. 88th in pass ypg and 88th in rush ypg.

Even though they lost, K-State's D would be the one to use. Oklahoma scored 19 points, also fumbled it away inside the KSU 10 yard line.

That game was all about turnovers. If Oklahoma doesn't turn the ball over three times in critical points in the game Oklahoma wins. But they did and give Kansas state credit because they capitalized on it.

If Oklahoma doesn't commit stupid turnovers they easily beat ND.

Everyone is overlooking the fact that Landry Jones gets rattled easily. If ND's D line does what they're capable of and what they've been doing then it doesn't really matter how ND's offense performs. They may just have to control the game with their running attack which is very capable. I like the disrespect ND is getting.

Oklahoma will run enough screens, quick passes, and draws to keep the ND pass rush off balance. Plus people forget Oklahoma has some pretty damn good backs. Millard has been a hell of a weapon for them.
