I took mainly the teams from the 80s-90s that were up there and currently "down"

I refrained from putting; Michigan, Florida on their because Florida was winners a few years ago and already getting back up there, and Michigan won a BCS bowl last year.

Would think Texas would be a far too easy choice. I think most would probably pick them. You have everything you want there.

Also, Texas was title winners 7 years ago and just recently went into the toilet. These other teams have been dormant for years.

Some of the best facilities/fans/tradition/uniforms in the country.

It's a shame to not see them compete in big games.

They just haven't recruited well enough as of late. If we could get FSU's talent we'd be competing for titles.

Florida State. It's in the ACC so the teams it has to compete against are far easier then Tennessee in the SEC. Since it's a state school recruiting and funding would be better then Miami in general. Its in the south so it has better weather then Nebraska and since it's in Florida it's talent base is much better. Plus no state income tax on my wages!

Nebraska. They've got most of what you'd need to start their ascent and it wouldn't take much to run the table in the B1G. Just gotta start recruiting again. Plus, Nebraska should be a powerhouse.
