No seriously, I get what you're saying 24/7............but I sure do miss the physical affection the animal was able to give me..........it's something I'll never have back

Sounds like a good award to give. Physical affection lifetime achievement.

But you will have physical affection from a cat again. And still, the body is just a vehicle, you can love the cat forever.

And stop finding things to make you sad about it. Find things to make you feel good about it. Look for them.
