Means that the financial world no longer considers the USA the safest haven for money.
So if countries, corporations, funds etc. want to invest their money the safest fixed income, they will now look to:
Australia, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Sweden and Switzerland first.

so yes, that flow of capital to other countries should have a negative effect on the $US dollar.
Existing bonds US price have fallen, and newer bonds will have to pay a higher interest to compete for that international capital.

So all of that debt the US is issuing will be more expensive than the above countries, and than it historically was.
That higher interest expense directly eats into the US budget.

in other words, trump has managed to bankrupt multiple casinos, and is now working his magic on the economy.
and yes, the fucking idiots that follow him think this is winning.

This is the part where foreign buyers do not want to buy US$ debt, and will require a higher interest rate to take it. (i.e. Higher debt expense for the government)

Context, the cost of debt otherwise has been falling in the developed world all year.

Long term bonds are market driven, so in auctions like these people either want to buy at 4.98%, or stay away until the reward is higher.

Lowering variable interests rates are supposed to incentivize businesses to spend money for growth.
Of course, with flip flopping tarrifs, businesses are extremely hesitant to put any long term plans in place.

This is NOT TRUE and it is a BIGLY genocide against WHITE PEOPLE!


Trump also made several claims about the persecution of South Africa's white minority, including allegations of land expropriation without compensation and violent land seizures. Which the South African government has denied. Ramaphosa pushed back against Trump's assertions, stating that crime in South Africa affects both Black and white citizens and that there is no genocide taking place. Our Orange leader then sent Ramaphosa to an Ecuadorian prison since he is in the US illegally!
