About as good as the Knicks are doing against the Celtics!
Genuinely sorry about Tatum though. I hope he pulls through ok.
It sucks. thunderc posted in two different threads that Tatum tore his achilles.

Oh, I'm well aware. I lived in Seattle and went to Key Arena.Seattle lost the Sonics because of financial disagreements and the fact Key Arena was slowly becoming unsuitable.
Since then they've built Climate Pledge which is one of the more modern arenas in the world.
Seattle deserves a team and the fans want it more than ever.
Not happening they do fine in Portland. But supposedly Seattle and Las Vegas will get expansion teams soon

Yep. The Celtics themselves just confirmed he underwent surgery to repair a ruptured right Achilles tendon.
I hate to say this but you're looking at him being out probably all of next season.
This team will look very different. Brown's gonna have to step his game up next season. Team will be leaning on him now.
Minnesota would make the most sense. Every team in the Central Division is geographically closer to them than anyone in the Western Conference.Or NOLA.
They've been talking about this so long I can't believe it isn't done.
Nah, Memphis makes the most sense. Sure the Central Division is closer, but divisions ar basically meaningless, you have to consider the entire EastMinnesota would make the most sense. Every team in the Central Division is geographically closer to them than anyone in the Western Conference.

Their travel is barely more than many other West teams.Minnesota travels more miles than any other team per year due to being in the West. They should be the choice to move to the East.
Cleveland is the fathest team from the Twin Cities of the teams in the Central Division, but it's still about 40 miles closer than OKC is, which is Minnesota's nearest Conference opponent.Their travel is barely more than many other West teams.
Geographically Memphis just makes more sense.
Again, divisions are meaningless and their travel is not so different than other western teams.Cleveland is the fathest team from the Twin Cities of the teams in the Central Division, but it's still about 40 miles closer than OKC is, which is Minnesota's nearest Conference opponent.
The Thunder volunteer to move to the East, makes perfect senseNah I know. They're staying in Portland.
Seattle and Vegas getting teams would be huge though. Wish they'd hurry up and get this done already.
Minnesota or Memphis can move East!
Should be the Clippers. Then you could get an all LA finals. The Thunder volunteer to move to the East, makes perfect sense

Which team is further west?![]()
Looking at the map, it's quite simple. Memphis is more or less equidistant to OKC, Dallas, Charlotte, Atlanta and the Bobcats. If a second team needed to move, it would be them IMO.
Now look at the Wolves. The only teams close to them are all East teams (Bucks, Bulls, Pacers, Pistons, etc). They are 700+ miles from any West team.
The Wolves are nearly 800 miles from their nearest Conference opponent. Since you play the bulk of your schedule against your own conference, they have to travel more than any other teamAgain, divisions are meaningless and their travel is not so different than other western teams.
