More effective, upgraded Offensive line and Deebo is a problem when he's not mr. Glass.
Deebo, TMAC , and Ekler should keep the defense honest
No way to account for injuries and Father Time in some positions . Look for something similar toStrouds 2nd year and also realize his team won a playoff game.
It’s a tougher schedule with better qbs we will be facing
That being said this team is a 10 to 11 win team if healthy
I wrote some time ago that we haven't seen the best of him yet and that he will be much better this year. There will be lots of MVP discussions!
In the end we will be happy with JDI was worried we'd continue the Stroud Texans path, but Stroud lost 2 receivers and he's not usually going to scramble out of a jam. Tougher schedule for sure
He will surpass all of them! I'm not sure folks are truly aware of what we have in Jayden Daniels, so let me write it out so there's no doubt. I give the following QBs who are routinely considered the best in the game an edge over Daniels, as indicated:You think he may do a Lamar Jackson?
I think he could win it or be right in the mix for MVP. I say that because Jayden at least from the eye test has a more successful deep ball, which Lamar for a while couldn't get right. His game is shockingly comparable to Lamar. Nothing sounds outrageous anymore. Anything is possible
He will surpass all of them! I'm not sure folks are truly aware of what we have in Jayden Daniels, so let me write it out so there's no doubt. I give the following QBs who are routinely considered the best in the game an edge over Daniels, as indicated:
Patrick Mahomes... Experience
Joe Burrow... Arm strength
Josh Allen... Bulk/size
Lamar Jackson... Speed and an intangible I'll call "Grit"
Further, because of his use of VR tech and his mental approach to the game, none surpasses him, and because of their experience, he doesn't get an edge on any of them. (Basically a wash)
Specifically: (Where Daniels gets an edge)
Mahomes... I'm not sure how much was gained from his first foray into the NFCCG, but there had to be something gained. If both Jackson and Allen get top QB points for this achievement, so must Daniels. The edge??, like Mahomes before him, youth and experience.
Burrow... Excellent skills, superb weapons, but he lacks the run-to-kill option that Daniels has.
Allen and Jackson... Flat out, Jayden is simply a better passer already who will get better with experience.
The biggest worry surrounding Jayden is durability, and outside distractions (you know what I mean) , with good health and similar supporting casts as the others, he will be in MVP conversations for the foreseeable future. As stated long before the draft, this young man is S.P.E.C.I.A.L!
Btw: Mike Penix and perhaps Drake Maye will be joining the MVP conversations as well. This was a great QB class!
Yep! I agree with you, eventhough there are any number of things that could go wrong, I'm betting on this staff and "that guy" to get it done pretty soon.Wow what a great write up. I underestimated Jayden and his ability. I won't anymore. I think we have about a year or two before we win a superbowl. There is so much to do improve this team which is exciting.
Maye is probably going to be a top 10 qb in 2 years, that kid is great
That's a healthy perspective and it's also fair to say that there might not be as many close games, pro and con, this year.We won so many close games, if a couple of those go the other way, the season isn't near as good as it turned out. I fear a small drop off.

I am saying a small drop off records wise, not crash and burn. Our schedule will be tougher also. Yes the play wins were impressiveI don't understand these type of comments, what about the close games we lost, what about the playoff wins?
Why can't it be we almost won 15 games last year, instead of we weren't good, just lucky
