Probably not great when you win only half of the games that you played in the Flames case (41 of 82). I think the Flames need to be smart and look to move some veterans (Coleman and Andersson to name two) in order to get more picks and prospects. Conroy appears to understand this and this Flames team could be pretty good just in time for the new arena to be ready for play.

I think conditioning never allowed him to heal up properly
Then you start from behind the 8ball, and never catch up.
