Greg Millen has passed away

Shocking news - He was recently doing a bunch of analyst work for Flames games. RIP Greg.

He was regularly doing Flames games up until the middle of last month. I have to think something come on incredibly quick. I really enjoyed his analytical work as well, good combination of knowledge and humor. Tonight's game is going to be tough to watch.

I don't think so, he was working quite a bit recently so something sudden must have recently came on as I posted above.

RIP. His first two seasons as a starter he led an awful Penguins team to the playoffs.

He was, I believe, on the original Senators broadcast team.

I also liked this Sens related call on a Karlsson assist that he made for CBC/SPortsnet with the late great Bob Cole.
