Let's kick off the start of the domination of the Bears...and yes, this is the start of it and one of my all time favorite games...Halloween, raining sideways and Bears taking a beat down...game starts at about 28 minutes

Would be cool if this rivalry got more interesting... thought it would for a while after NFCC game in 2011 in Chicago.. but Cutler was not the answer.

Maybe Caleb Williams will be the answer for Bears at QB.

I need to put this somewhere, mostly because I lived through the Bears dominating the Packers in the 80's. In 1992 the Bears had a 24 game lead in the all time series, as of right now, before the 2024 season the Packers now have a 12 game lead in the all time series.

At this point in time, it's almost time to start feeling more sorry for Bears' fans than Lions' fans. Nah, who am I kidding, the Bears fans can eat Johnsons forever for all I care. Heck, I don't even know if there is a Bears player that has been on the Bears roster while the Bears have beaten the Packers. Yes, I love ripping the Bears....cuz they're the Bears...and yea, why not

I was only 2 but I've heard stories about the legend of Lynn Dickey.
It was an INSANE game. I remember well as I was in college at the time. Skins fans have always loved GB, especially cuz of Lombardi and his time with us. My second favorite team in the NFL

I have a soft spot for the Redskins (I know, I know) because of Lombardi. If he wouldn't have died so fast he would have won a SB there.

I think so too. What a tragedy. We are having the same conversation I seem to share with every GB fan I’ve met. We always get along as fans.

Loving what I’m seeing of Love so far! The run of consecutive GB QBs continues. I’d kill for that track record!

NEVER apologize to me for calling them Redskins, I’ll never refer to them as Commies

This game was insane. It's a long time ago and my freshman year in college. I don't remember where I watched it, but every break the Packers needed to happen for them did. It was nuts.

As far as the Redskins go, I really feel bad for that fanbase. After Gibbs, who probably doesn't get enough credit for the job he did, and the sale to Snyder it just fell apart because of Snyder. Every move Snyder made was basically to screw the fans over, the stadium that's falling apart now and was in the middle of nowhere with no infrastructure. PSL's as I recall were something he came up with or was at least ridiculous about. All the years he spent meddling in the players/roster construction. Just stupid move after stupid move the the fans paid the price for a really crappy owner. The really sad part is it's a very good fanbase and that clown turned a whole lot of them off in a big way.

I don't know much about the new owner, but unless he's David Tepper's indentical twin this situation should be much better going forward.

Thx for the sympathy Moab. It has really truly sucked.

You pretty much nailed the highlights of 30 years of misery for a fanbase. Oh what a bad owner of a team can do.

Won't surprise me at all if Skins Nation across the country continues to emerge from the shadows if they can finally trust that grown ups are FINALLY in charge.

People forget how loyal and large this fan base was, in many more states than just DC, MD and VA.

Most interesting to me is that announcers and media pundits are now again talking about their previous memories and fandoms of the team called REDSKINS. And saying the name too :)

Shows just how much the stink of Snyder wafted around this team.
