this makes sense.
No it doesn't. To evaluate something/someone you have to see it/them action. If the Skins lose to Cleveland and find themselves out of the playoffs playing Howell against the Cowboys who will be on cruise control will mean about as much as playing am preseason exhibition game.

Given how the defense played out. JD should've been the first option that Taylor looks at. JD still should've caught the ball, but it would've been nice if Taylor lets that go a second earlier.

I'm sensing Rogers 5 catches on 6 targets and 1 rushing att for the season isn't as huge as ol' Nicki is imagining it to be.
I like Rogers. He flashed early in the season.

I think the decision to wait as long as he did to go back to Wentz. Is a decent indication that it was Snyder n not RR who orchestrated the Wentz trade. It has has the earmarks of a Snyder move as well. Overpaying both in trade capital n in salary. As well as coveting a player who at one time in his career was a sexy player, but who's best days are likely behind him.

It doesn't track all that well that RR would've left Wentz on the bench after he was green lighted to play again for as long as he did. If in RR's words Wentz was his guy. It does track that RR was able to stay with Taylor as long as he did because Snyder has been barred from being involved with the Skins.

We dont know for sure if it was a Dan move. RR made a bonehead call for not going with CW after the bye, just my opinion.

no it would be regular season game experience.

I could give 2 shits about the playoffs as we don't belong. Run Howell out there this week and see what happens, lol...

Just being hypothetical, don't over react to the above statement. Having said that tongue in cheek, can we evaluate Howell in a real game? This staff will be gone likely by the start of the 2024 off season with new ownership in place and we may never get to see what Howell can do in a meaningful NFL football game. Then he likely goes elsewhere after being cut by the new staff and shines elsewhere. He kind of reminds me of Minshew.

and your opinion was wrong , we were on a streak and you would lose the locker room at that point . now you can make the move

not wrong b/c we lost to the giants and got blown out by the 49ers. Forget the locker room. CW is the better QB, it took way too much time for RR to see that.

you dont pull the plug on a a guy who was 5-1-1 dean , you ride the streak out . and if you lose the locker room dean what happens ? nothing good for sure . the team doesnt listen to you anymore . its a foolish stance made because you invested to much capitol in your devotion to a lousey trade

he wasnt the reason for the 5-1-1 record. I think the team understood that.
