I dont like Riddick anymore. He crucified the franchise for Haskins being a bust so far. Said we ruined him. Guy was taking selfies while the game was going on. Was the last one in and the first one out. I soured on him after that.
I kind of agree but putting the knuckleheadedness aside if you will...

Imagine going to a place where none of the professionals wanted you there and they weren't fully invested in your success. Then having those professionals replaced by others who were even less interested in your being there.

From that perspective, Riddick was absolutely correct and the franchise deserved every bit of the venom he spewed at them.

So Haskins gets a pass for the Covid stripper party he threw on the middle of the season?

Nope, but it had very little to do with playing the game. Let's be clear, Haskins while here was a numbnuts who did idiotic things that got him released, however, we aren't talking about that when we are talking about organizational dysfunction.

Daniel Jones who is a contemporary of Haskins (same draft) is still with his original team, projected to be their starter, and is on his 2nd or 3rd coaching staff. Despite being awful, why does he get more opportunities to lead his offensive team? The simple answer is that as an organization they believe in him and have stated that they intend to build a team around him that enhances what he does best. Does this sound or is a reasonable reflection on how DW was treated in D.C.?

Perhaps at the end of the day Dwayne will turn out as many here believe him to be, but I am convinced that such a perspective is a result of the same sort of dysfunctional thinking, perhaps knee jerk responses that makes this organization one that cannot find stability at the QB position.

If the experience works in N.Y with Jones, perhaps, it might be a reasonable way for Washington to copy no matter who's coaching or owns the team.

I thought Haskins was given ample time and opportunity to show his worth. He was too proud to even look at the I pad on the sideline. Jones showed much more than Haskins did and that ain't much.

Haskins could excel Pittsburgh but the way he was carrying himself here, it wasn't gonna happen.

The behavior so far with Jones is completely different then what Haskins displayed here . Unless that changes Haskins will bust

Pickens from Georgia or Ross for Clemson should be there in the 2nd round.

Best case scenario....hit in the draft.
You double Terry all game in the wildcard game and its another one and done.
Not even russell can save the squad with the lack of talent we have.

Well, I was the first person to ever bring up the name Kenny Pickett. I thought he was the best QB in the nation after 4 games and I think that now. I am a huge Russ Wilson fan but even I don't want to give up what it would take to get him. Pickett is the best plug and play right now. To me, the comparison should be Trevor Lawrence. I think he is as good as Lawrence and will have a similar career. He is the best plug and play week 1 starter. I think he is the only week 1 started out of this group. Willis is looking better and better as a runner and passer. He reminds me of a faster Russ Wilson but slight lesser as a passer (based on Wilson coming out of college). He could be as good as Wilson or Kyler Murray, or he could be overrate and be a guy that is a backup. The safe pick and best pick is Pickett at 11

Willis has a lot of the bad things RG3 had when it comes to knowing what the defense is doing , being a one read and done qb , and missing wide open wrs in the confines of the offense. RG 3 busted out because he couldn’t grasp this or take coaching . Willis had better

RG3 busted out because of his injury. He would have been Lamar Jackson 1.0 otherwise
