It looks like there is still legal action on this, with the makers of a documentary that discussed Manning's HGH deliveries (in his wife's name) suing to bolster its claims that Manning had people get to the source and coerce them into recanting the story before the documentary could air.
I think we have all seen this "evidence" anyway!
