I'm still trying to understand Wilson and Lance going before Fields. exact draft position ranking doesn't matter as every team obviously doesn't need a QB. either going before fields is a joke. Imagine Field's stats if he played against the schedules that the other two did. :dhd::pound:

The way this poll is going, Trey Lance and Zach Wilson will have the best careers

Congratulation :suds:

I saw a quote from Trevor Lawrence where he said these words: "I don't follow the NFL."

BUST.

I'm calling it here.

Wilson.

I think the Jets are terrible for any QB. Bears too but I think Doug Pederson will be the Bears HC next year so that saves Fields a bit.

Lance would be high bust potential if he went to any of the other teams. I think the 49ers are the best spot for him to develop and turn out well in a good environment.

Wilson, he just has a face that a D-lineman should want to destroy.
He will be hurt by the end of the year

Lance has never played vs an NFL caliber defender, he has played in 17 games, 17 games.

The Niners totally blew this one, a franchise known for QB play, on a decade long...DUH!!!!

One contract then CFL bound if the kid wants to play pro football.

You didn’t vote for him, though? Lawrence still showing zero votes.

I don’t think Jimmy is anything special, but he did already take that team to a SB. Seems weird to shift gears and expect this guy to be as useful right away.

That Defense took them to the SB...........

Jimmy was their for the ride

That’s mostly true. Jimmy was there to take care of the ball, limit mistakes and get some conversions on 3rd down. He was pretty good in that role.

I think that the Jets got it right. Hopefully.

Look at what they did AFTER the Wilson pick.

"Hey. This guy is our future... Let's protect him with some OL and get him some weapons"

I went Fields

So was Trent Dilfer. And what happened the offseason after he won a SB?

that’s the one and only concern with him. Both he and his wife are sorta hippie types that have downplayed the importance of football in their lives

Wow. It’s even worse than I thought for QB’s in the first round. I went back 10 years and it just isn’t pretty:

2011-Newton, Locker, Gabbert, Ponder
2012-Luck, RG3, Tannehill, Weeden
2013-EJ Manuel
2014-Bortles, Manziel, Bridgewater
2015-Jameis, Mariota
2016-Goff, Wentz, Lynch
2017-Trubisky, Mahomes, Watson
2018-Mayfield, Darnold, Allen, Rosen, Jackson
2019-Murray, D. Jones, Haskins
2020-Burrow, Tua, Herbert, Love
