In all seriousness, I don't see this as a sign of things to come and these two games will probably go down as the highlight of our season.

I'd be surprised if we make the playoffs this year with our shockingly inflexible rookie coach.

Problem with comparing the Cavs to the Pacers is the Pacers should be competing for a top 4 spot every year now after paying Brogdon huge money, Sabonis rising, other veterans. The Cavs core is all under 22.

Ohh and that Brogdon guy that they just signed, they are now shopping him LOL

The difference between the Cavs and the Pacers is the Cavs are 2-3 years away and are now a stable franchise that has a competent GM...the Pacers are the same franchise they’ve been for some time, even when they have a star player they seem to fuck up a wet dream. Have fun at being mediocre at best.

While I hate the narrative, both were acquired via trade (although Brogdon was a S&T), which counts as building IMO; using your team assets to acquire other pieces to build the roster. Sabonis came over in the Paul George trade.
