Yeah I don't see any team winning 7 in my lifetime. We've seen so many dominant teams over the years but only one guy has won 6. Do we really expect Mahomes to last as long and play at that level as long as Brady has?

I think someone will pass Brady at some point and Mahomes has the best shot at the moment but no one should expect that level of success.

I pretty much view this just like a Patriots-Chiefs matchup except its in the Super Bowl. Bucs will try to take away Hill and Kelce and make everyone else beat them. Chiefs will have some sweeps and RPOs to hide their terrible oline and carve up the Bucs D. Chiefs will blitz brady a lot. Bucs will blitz Mahomes never. Gronk will be a way bigger threat than he has any right to be. Chiefs get a big kickoff return at some point. A big turnover will swing the game. Both teams going for it on 4th down.

Should be fun.

Tough call for me. Here's how I look at it:

The Chiefs went 14-2 in the regular season. Patrick Mahomes has won his last 12 starts. The last time these two teams played each other, the Chiefs won on the road 27-24, in a game where the Chiefs led the entire way. If you compare the Chiefs' offensive and defensive points per game with the Bucs' offensive and defensive points per game, the Chiefs have the SLIGHT advantage.

On the other hand, Tom Brady is 6 for 9 in the Super Bowl. Nobody is more Super Bowl clutch than Tom Brady. The team with the white jerseys wins the Super Bowl about 60% of the time. The last time we had a back-to-back Super Bowl winner was the Patriots in 2004 and 2005.

So there's my dilemma here. The Chiefs SHOULD win the game, but history says the Bucs should be the winner. I am going to roll the dice with the Chiefs here. Gotta go with the team which is more consistently clutch, and that's the Chiefs.
