Wilson had another nice game on defense. The OL sucked at run locking, but what else is new.

Defense sucked again. Terrible linebackers. I think you got to draft a LB? Or get new LB coach? Smith has been trash.

I think Chris Jones can be relieved of his duties. Never thought he was a good punter to begin with and he has always sucked in any game that were important

Well I never root for them to lose but at some point it’s time to look to the future when the season is over. This season is over. I would prefer that they start Gilbert the next 2 games and see what he has. Dalton is not going to be here next year and even if he might be we know what he can do. LEE should become a coach after this season he has given us plenty when he was healthy and now his body is just not going to allow him to do it anymore. I sit Jaylen and Vander Esch the rest of the season and see what the young Lb’s might have. I am curious to see what Bernard brings. This defense is really bad you could throw a dart blindfolded at any position and maybe pick a need or at minimum a upgrade or rotational player. 2 games left and I don’t think any of my thoughts will be even whispered at the Star in Frisco.
Jerry shit the bed with this staff IMO and I would seriously consider firing them all the day after the season ends, won’t happen but we still have Christmas 4 days away.

Dalton probably doesn’t want to include that game in his portfolio when marketing himself after the season. O-Line issues aside, that 4th quarter was tough to watch. But the defense stepped up and that TD run by Pollard was one that I don’t think Zeke makes to be honest.

Can’t imagine the Niners aren’t looking for another backup QB, either.

He has to play next year the year after he could be cut or traded and it would save 7 million on the cap. But I’m damn sure looking at 4th round on bargain RB this draft or a UDFA

Me too. You never know in sports.

today on Dallas sports talk they were talking about drafting the Penn State LB at 9,10 or 11. It was pointed out that Jerry would never, ever do that after he's paid Smith and LVE being a number 1 pick two years ago.

Pollard has been better in pass protection this year than he was his first couple of years.

Yes sir 54’s play has not lived up to wearing that number.
His story is amazing just to be able to play but he is not 1/2 the player he was in College.Sad what injury does but he should not have been paid and it’s time to move on based on his play. This is Jerry’s fault and he will never admit it. Jerry hit a dry hole and it’s time to get what you can and move on to the next player.

At this point the shine has worn off of zeke and he needs to be the runner we paid or he needs to be the runner on the bench.

Zeke's limitations are more than apparent.

Better without him. Any number of backs can block for less.
