all this talk how ND beat a watered down version of clemson but yet that clemson team was road favorites by nearly a TD....get out of here with that BS
They played 2 out of the 3 best teams in their conference 3x....Not sure what more you want from a scheduling standpoint this year when teams were only playing teams in their conference

Clemson was still better. Even the watered down version. That is why they were favored.
But ND win the turnover battle and even had a defensive TD I think. And still barely won.
Give ND credit. But there is no way in hell they are the 4th best team in the country.
THEN WHO IS
I answered you already.
Texas AM is better. SEC is WAY stronger than the ACC.
And if you don’t want to give them a shot, then Cincinnati.
The ACC does not deserve to get 2 teams in. That is insane. Because Notre Dame scored 1 flukey win and played a nothing schedule? No way.
And UNC is not that good. Calling them borderline top 10 is crazy. Based on what?
Played 2 ranked teams all year and a bunch of garbage beyond.
SEC is slightly better than ACC. Really not much of a difference.
1 great team, a few good teams then a shitload of mediocre/bad teams
How did UNC smoke UofM so bad? like 60 points? wtf? lolLOL.
I am an ACC fan. ACC beyond the top teams is not good. Auburn would beat UNC.
Virginia beat UNC, and Virginia is pretty bad this year.
Texas A&M.
best win- a 3 loss Florida team.
and what else? beating a 4 loss Auburn team?
wins?
Vanderbilt---- 0-9
Florida- 3 losses
Arkansas- 7 losses
Miss St. 7 losses
Arkansas 7 losses
S. Carolina 8 losses
LSU 5 losses
Auburn 4 losses
Ole Miss 5 losses
Tennessee 7 losses
Do they have a good win this year? Florida ...I guess.?
And what good team did Miami beat? Or did they just beat up on the weak in the ACC?
What are you talking about?
Damn you exaggerate like hell.
And what good team did Miami beat? Or did they just beat up on the weak in the ACC?
You do realize that's been the case in every conference this year? There's very little difference in Miami and a team like Georgia for example. Georgia beat up on the bad SEC teams while getting stomped out by the 2 good teams they faced. If you're playing strictly conference games then you'll be playing quite a few bad teams
Yes there is though
Georgia would kill Miami.
The difference is that the middle of the SEC is on par with the Miami’s and the UNC’s.
Being bad in the ACC and being bad in the SEC do not equate. Because in the SEC the middle of the pack are all good teams that would be near the top of other power conferences.
