Recent Hires in Front Office

Now the Bateman & Donaldson hires are being questioned due to the Rooney rule. It just seems to me like everyone is piling on the Skins while they have a chance. It must be fun to antagonize Snyder. Not much of a leg to stand on with Donaldson but the Bateman hire may cause issues if Snyder did not interview minority of female candidates for the executive positions.

I'm surprised the Rooney rule applies to those positions. Oh well. It sounds like the NFL just wants to review the facts. They haven't said they've done anything wrong. The NFL would look awfully foolish questioning the Donaldson hiring.

For sure, she’s part of the recently updated Rooney rule, but she’s white so there might be a problem.
